This was my first time being at Lure Salon. I had my hair dyed and cut by Cat Peyton she did a fantastic job and she is such a sweet soul. Her aroma is just so beautiful and warm! She got me to the hair color I desired within one session that lasted about 8 hours. It was a little pricey but I mean I did go from black hair w/ balayage to a milk tea color & it is a one time thing. Anyways, I really appreciate her carefulness in picking what was already blonde so the strands of hair wouldn’t be bleached over again in order to protect my hair. It was a really tedious task for her and I am so grateful to have a hair dresser like her, one who takes her time and is also prideful with her work. Her #1 most important motive is the healthiness of her clients hair and the clients happiness. I also love how excited she gets when doing hair, you can tell she enjoys what she does. I honestly think she was more excited about this hair transformation than I was lol. My hair still feels soft and healthy after all the bleaching. (ignore the frizz my hair is always like that and this picture is from the day after) I am in love with my new color thank you so much Cat 🙂

New review: Wanted to update you ladies with my experience with Lure Salon. This is place with great energy and a lot of truly professional hair stylists. My forever go to people, power duo are Maria for the color and Taylor for the haircut! If I want blonde/honey highlights or go back to my natural color (“expensive brunette”😂) Maria does it all!!! As a true professional, she listens carefully and makes sure I get out of the salon truly satisfied. Taylor did a fantastic job with my haircut. She is really educated and knows exactly how to explain what will look well with your face features. Also, I found out this is a woman-owned small business, which makes me want to support it even more. This salon is truly worth a 40-minute drive for me every time. Ladies, we deserve to treat ourselves and feel our best always and I think this salon is just the place for it.💐 Old review: I did very detailed research where I want to do my highlights since I moved to Dallas only 6 months ago. I chose Lure Salon in West Village and can not be more satisfied. Service is amazing, salon is very nice, spacious, all the hairdressers are very professional! My highlights was done by Maria, girls look no further!!! Not only she did amazing job, my hair looked better than the pictures I showed her. She took her time to explain the whole process to me and give me exactly what I wanted. She is a true expert on doing blonde highlights and hair! I am impressed, my husband loves my new hair and tell me that every day. 🙂

First of all the salon is very clean, nicely designed, and uses the best products on your hair. I had a haircut with Cat and I can’t even begin to say how amazing she is. She is professional, patient, caring, and very talented. I had a bad haircut before meeting her that I had no hope it could be fixed. But she was very patient by understanding exactly what I wanted and going above and beyond to make my hair to look good again. Highly recommend Lure Salon and Cat.
