Cancellation | No-Show | Product Return Policy

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Lure Salon kindly requires a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. We understand that unforeseen things happen. We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice when cancelling your appointment. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a $50 charge for each service provider you were booked for. We will waive your first cancellation if the appointment is rebooked at time of cancellation. If you no show an appointment, you will be charged 50% for the service missed. A no-show constitutes either being 15 minutes late or not arriving the day of your appointment . 

This policy is strictly enforced.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT

In the event you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, we allow up to 7 business days for you to contact the salon for a complementary adjustment with the original service provider or you can choose to use credit for a different service provider. 

( We do not offer refunds for services rendered)

PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE

In the event that you are unhappy with your product purchase, we allow up to 14 days for a product exchange ONLY.

The products need to be returned in their original packaging with no writing or labels on them. Returns that do not meet the conditions listed above may not be eligible for an exchange.
